Xtrac has successfully completed the 3 year certificate renewal of ISO9001, transitioning from the 2008 standard to ISO9001:2015 in the process with a 100% compliance against the relevant clauses. The revised standard places greater emphasis on leadership, risk management, communication and performance measurement with a customer service focus throughout both the UK and North American facilities.
The ISO9001:2015 accreditation demonstrates Xtrac’s ability to consistently meet customer requirements through continually improved business processes, ensuring they are as streamlined and efficient as possible. The mandatory annual follow up assessments ensure that progress is being maintained at all times.
