Xtrac Inc Secondment

An Xtrac Inc secondment is an invaluable opportunity for professional growth and development. Employees can spend three months with our Xtrac Inc teams in Indianapolis, Indiana and Mooresville, North Carolina. This opportunity provides employees with a chance to broaden their skill set, gain new experiences, and expand their networks. They offer a fresh perspective on the business and allow individuals to learn from our Inc colleagues and environments.

Employee Engagement Forum

Be part of our employee engagement forum and make a difference. The forum meets monthly to discuss various topics, share ideas, thoughts and provide feedback on current issues. They are the voice for the rest of the business and foster open communication, collaboration and a sense of community among employees.

Our charity committee come together quarterly to plan, coordinate, and oversee charitable activities and initiatives for our local community.
