QUESTIONS

Need help answering some questions about developing your career at Xtrac?

What is the selection process?

In the first instance a member of the talent and acquisition (T&A) team will reach out for an initial screening call, not a technical interview, but more of a discussion of the role and a review of relevant skills and experience pertinent to the role.

T&A and the hiring team will agree on shortlisted candidates to formally interview.

Shortlisted candidates will usually be invited to an initial Microsoft Teams call with the hiring manager.

The second stage of interviews vary for each role, but candidates will be informed whether they are shortlisted. This second stage will usually be onsite at our headquarters in Thatcham, Berkshire.

Due to the volume of applications, it is not always possible to provide individual feedback on CVs alone.

Do you offer sponsorship?
