AXA Health

Our partnership with AXA health benefits the health & wellbeing of all our employee and was implemented to demonstrate our care for our employees and produce a healthier, more engaged, and more productive workforce.

The AXA Health program includes a personal 30-minute consultation which addresses the five main drivers of well-being (fitness, nutrition, mindset, lifestyle, and health) and reduces risk factors through the voluntary participation of employees.

Employees also have access to a series of workshops, seminars and webinars throughout the year focussing on different aspects of health and wellbeing.

Grand Prix Trust

The Grand Prix Trust provides help and advice to Formula One’s trackside and factory-based team personnel (including Xtrac), along with everybody directly involved in the global sport, to help put their lives back on track when things go wrong.

Their services provide effective and essential support which can take the form of financial assistance or specialist medical advice, ‘signposting’ to established relevant expertise and facilities, and where appropriate advice relating to rights and benefits. Every case is dealt with compassionately and in total confidence.

Mental Health First Aiders

Xtrac has nearly 20 qualified mental first aiders throughout the business who have undergone specific training to provide initial support and assistance to individuals experiencing mental health challenges or crises.

They are trained to listen non-judgmentally, assess the severity of the situation, and provide appropriate support and guidance. They may offer practical assistance, such as helping individuals access resources or providing emotional support and reassurance. Importantly, mental first aiders are not therapists or counsellors but are trained to offer immediate assistance and encourage individuals to seek professional help when necessary.

Wellbeing Calendar

At Xtrac, we understand the importance of prioritising employee wellbeing, which is why we have developed a comprehensive wellbeing calendar to support our team members throughout the year.

Our calendar is thoughtfully curated to offer a diverse range of activities and initiatives aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellness and compliments our other wellbeing services and benefits we provide.

Each month, our wellbeing calendar features various events and programs tailored to address different aspects of wellbeing. Additionally, our wellbeing calendar includes awareness campaigns and educational resources to promote mental health literacy and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.
