I joined Xtrac in September 2021 as an apprentice, and had the opportunity to tour various departments, gaining valuable insight into their operations before selecting one I would like to specialise in. I chose to focus on production engineering and have been in this role for a year. The apprenticeship programme at Xtrac is very adaptable and supportive in providing me with a strong start to my career in the industry.
