Xtrac announce a strengthened leadership team

Xtrac is pleased to announce several key changes which have been made to strengthen the award-winning leadership team.

Kirsty Knight has been appointed as HR director. Since joining Xtrac in May 2022 as head of HR, Kirsty has built a strong forward-thinking HR team, and instigated numerous people initiatives that focus on the development of each Xtrac individual.

With Kirsty’s leadership of the HR team, and her key role as a director, she will implement further significant changes which will enhance Xtrac as a great place to work, consequently attracting and retaining the best employees, and ultimately benefiting the customer.

Xtrac is also pleased to announce that James Setter has been promoted to commercial director with an overall responsibility for all HPA and motorsport commercial activities. This is a well-deserved step up for James who has led Xtrac’s growth in the High Performance Automotive (HPA) sector over the past 11 years.

A key advocate for Xtrac’s customers, David Smith has been promoted to head of motorsport, with commercial responsibility for all motorsport programmes, including an even closer involvement with the Xtrac Inc team. David has been a major force in Xtrac’s motorsport business development for over 20 years and will continue to further enhance this important role whilst supporting James.

These evolutionary changes means that our commercial and people team will be able to enhance Xtrac’s delivery of customer service, whilst continuing to secure future work.
