Xtrac is thrilled to announce we have received a Certificate of Recognition from the Education Business Partnership (EBP) for our outstanding work experience programme during the 2023/2024 academic year.

This year, we proudly hosted five students from the West Berkshire area, including pupils from Maiden Erleigh and The Willink Schools. These talented young individuals were given the opportunity to immerse themselves in hands-on learning experiences, helping to bridge the gap between education and the professional world.

At Xtrac, our work experience programme is an integral part of our Academy and STEM initiative. We believe offering young people practical, real-world experiences is crucial in preparing them for their future careers. Through our programme, students develop valuable transferable skills, boost their confidence, and gain a clearer understanding of the working world—an impactful step as they embark on their career journeys.
