Xtrac Transmission Technology believes that motorsport activities and the conservation of our natural environment are compatible and we commit to address the ‘Conservation of the Environment’ as one of the core values of the company. In order to minimise the impact of our activities on the environment, we will operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation, and we will strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices at all of our sites. Our environmental policy outlines our commitment to protect against the long-term depletion of natural resources and lasting damage to habitats, biodiversity and climate.

This Environmental Policy Statement commits Xtrac Transmission Technology to the following:

  • Abide by standard operating procedures when handling hazardous materials.
  • Integrate the consideration of environmental concerns and impacts into our decision making and activities.

  • Conserve and monitor energy and water use within our buildings and processes to conserve supplies, minimise the consumption of natural resources, and maximise efficiency.
  • As far as it is possible, purchase products and services that do the least damage to the environment.
  • Compliance with all permits issued under Local Authority Pollution Prevention and Control legislation.
  • Periodically evaluate our activities to identify significant environmental concerns and put in place management action plans.
Promote environmental awareness among our employees and contractors and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner.
  • Communicate our environmental commitment to clients, partners and the public and encourage them to support it.
