PA to Managing Director (maternity cover commencing mid June 2008)

Are you ready to put your excellent communication and organisational skills to better use in a genuinely innovative and rewarding environment? Join us and you can look forward to a busy and varied workload in support of our Managing Director and other directors as required. Receiving telephone calls, organising diaries/meetings/company travel, dealing with correspondence and assisting with a range of marketing projects will all be part of your remit.

Ideally, you will have gained experience in a similar level PA role. Competent MS Office skills, working knowledge of the internet and a typing speed of 60 wpm are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality and the ability to prioritise your own workload will also be key.
