produced supplemented by First Article Inspection Reports and Control
Plans. Customer specific quality requirements can be incorporated
into our operation together with specific customer standards.
Key performance graphs are employed to maximise the contribution
that individuals make to the success of the organisation. The information
contained in these graphs is routinely analysed and used as the
basis and measurement for resulting improvement plans.
