Xtrac's commitment to the customer is all encompassing.

'Attention to detail' sums up the meticulous approach of the gearbox technicians who work to Xtrac's proven assembly and test procedures. Once assembled, products undergo pre-delivery tests to ensure that both prototype and production assemblies leave the facility 'ready to run'.

The same skill and attention to detail that goes into the assembly of each
new gearbox is also available for maintenance and testing of existing Xtrac products. This service can range from a single rebuild to the management of a season long maintenance and support programme.

Training programmes ensure that the customer's technicians are provided
with the best introduction to the product, how it operates and, if required,
how to maintain it.
